Do I need a patch test?＋
If you have not had gel or BIAB with me before, a patch test is recommended at least 48 hours before your first appointment. Please mention any allergies or sensitivities when you enquire.
Where exactly is the cabin?＋
The cabin is in a private garden just outside Basingstoke town centre. I share the full address and arrival details once your appointment is confirmed.
Is there parking?＋
Yes — there is free off-street parking right beside the cabin, so you can arrive and settle in with ease.
How long will my BIAB or gel last?＋
With good aftercare, BIAB and gel typically last two to three weeks. I’ll talk you through simple ways to look after your nails at your appointment.
What's your cancellation policy?＋
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives me the chance to offer your appointment to another client.
How can I pay?＋
Payment can be made by card or bank transfer at the end of your appointment. Gift vouchers are also welcome.
